Love the candour with which you discuss things here. I had quit my job a year ago and have been on my own iOS journey since. So, hearing from you and your challenges has been immensely encouraging for me. I am glad you decided to make a YT video, else I wouldn’t have known about the podcast. Just subscribed to it as well.

Hey Sean! As far as podcast vs video, if it's not too much more work I like having both options. There are pros like you said to having it on youtube for interaction w/ comments and visuals but for people that don't have youtube premium, you can't close the app and keep listening so for shows that have both options, I'll throw in on the podcast if I'm walking the dog or driving.

I never remember to leave feedback on podcasts and frankly don't know where I can do that. So, will be happy to have in on youtube to have the option to like it + leave my smart or dumb feedback :) Keep this going!
The clubhouse is great, but it's stealing even more time from the already limited amount of what I had for podcasts and audiobooks 😅

I will keep my eye on feedback for this video, because thinking about similar content for my YT channel as well. I posted a few podcast episodes a while ago but discontinued taht because didn't felt that the audio-only format is the right fit for me.

I did the work from home for 8 months. Moving to a hub shared office saved my sanity . You’re 100% right to go to we work. Do it ASAP.

Good luck! Also digging this format a lot more than the audio only podcasts. Video always helps illustrate a bit more, and podcasts are a bit weird to listen to with quarantine and all.

I see you going in phases of wanting to be in an office with a team, then wanting to be on your own at home, and back... I think we all go through that. I’ve been remote for the past year and am starting to question if I’d wanna be in an office - probably not, though... it IS nice not having to leave the house for work, but who knows?!

I had never known about the podcast, but I do watch your weekly Swift vids every Mon

Tbh I won’t go rewatch the old podcasts cuz I’m very visual oriented but please keep up the podcasts via vid and I’ll be here for every one

Also you should definitely talk more about the business side of app dev, its quite interesting and easier to consume as the podcasts form.
