Gotta say that landing was incredibly smooth. Great view of both inside the cockpit and the view to outside from it. She made that look so easy. Very calm and professional.

I think we're well past the "look, it's a girl doing that" stage. We should be anyway. Female pilots are not rare anymore. There are plenty of them and the numbers are growing. That's great.

That women is not a girl! She is the captain of that aircraft. She has worked hard to achieve that commanding role. They just don't hand them out like lollies. The role comes with enormous responsibilitys, so well done.

I went through U.S.Navy jet training 1982-1984 with one of the first women who went through the jet pipeline. She was a really good pilot and had better boat grades than the rest of us. We flew both T-2 and TA-4J to USS Lexington.

This pilot is amazing! So calm and professional as she has the entire aircraft, crew, and passengers to take care of to land the aircraft safely. Sometimes we take flying for granted and don't realize there are 8, 000 to 20, 000 aircraft in the skies at once and all the people it takes to make it happen safely every day. Hats off to all the professionals who take care of us every time that we fly!

"Girl" pilot.... does anyone else find that messed up. Why not, female pilot, woman... or just pilot. Girl implies someone younger than 18 and it discounts her ACTUAL capabilities and accomplishments to sit in THAT seat! the title of this video astounds me.

Airplanes are like glitches in reality. It's still hard for me to comprehend how tons of metal can fly hundreds of people through the air and safely land them on the other side of the world 10+ hours later. It's like something out of this world!
