Good training here lots of crosschecks, sterile cockpit on takeoff preparation, no kidding around no chit chat and smooth takeoff. Dead serious & Well done. Title should have been "This is how you do it Beautiful Takeoff B737-800".

The lady is in that seat, (not for her looks, after all who’s going to see her anyway, ) but because she’s done her exams, passed them, and has earned her place rightfully to be a pilot.
