I couldn't agree with you more. While most Americans live to work, Spaniards work to live!! That is my experience after having lived in your country.

Agreed 100% on each of your points, its also the mentality of the people, no one works 60 hours a week to have the BIG house, the brand new car and the latest iphone, for them is all about quality of life, friends and family. it is my favorite Country, every time I visit I end up staying for longer and longer lol, GREAT video! Thank you.

My wife and I are planning a trip to Spain 🇪🇸 next year. We have been talking if we ever have to leave the United States 🇺🇸 Spain 🇪🇸 is our choice. Reasons the weather, the culture, the lifestyle, I’m Hispanic so Spanish would be easy for me to communicate in Spain. But the driving factor is we want more deep relationships because like you mention people in the US are always working and never have time for basic meetups or anything. Just to go out with coffee with a friend you have to plan weeks in advance. And I’m also getting very tired of the political divide hear from both sides

You should visit the north of Spain: Asturias, Galicia, Cantabria and Euskadi. Not that we are placed in the sunny side of the country, but there are many attractives!

Hi, un barcelonès here.

I thank you for reminding me the good things we have in this country.
Leaving apart our topic of "how different spanish regions are", you make me think of the things we spaniards share. And yes, you nailed it.

Thanks a lot for appreciating all this, I wish you all the luck in Spain and wherever you decide to live.

Petonets, bonica.

Pioneer and anyone thinking on moving to Barcelona: "The best of Barcelona lies outside the city". The beaches, mountains, woods, cool villages, absolutely everything is amazing outside Barcelona, if north of the city even better. You can enjoy the city (dinner, going out, work) if you live 30 Km. out of the city, but I recommend you to live outside it.

For the americans moving to Spain regarding the slow pace of living.
It depends on the job you get here. Some of them are as stressfull as in any other place in the world.
This girl maybe is working from home or as english teacher... An easy job, but normally you get Up 7:00 am an arrive home over 19:00 or 20:00 pm.
Dont think you Will have so easy job as this girl because maybe you get wrong expectations. And forget about taking naps (siestas), thats for retired people and children.
You Will be dissappointed if you work in construction, restaurants or consulting.

Just found your channel and looking at the video titles. We have so much in common. Both came to Europe for culinary school, both love Korean food. Both North American (Canadian) here. Adding a bunch of your videos to my travel playlist right now. I love your style by the way, if I still did art, I’d draw you. Your style would make a great character design for animation.

Thanks for making this channel ♥️
