It’s the don’t eat any ultra-processed foods diet

If you literally stick with meat, saturated fats like butter, ghee, coconut oil, and tallow, fruit, some raw dairy, and some well cooked vegetables, you will see results.

And if you can’t tolerate fruit or carbs, you should try to optimize your b-vitamins, by eating grass-fed beef liver or short term supplementing with thiamin and niacinamide. This should help with your carbohydrate tolerance.

But, challenge yourself to this type of nutrition for 30 days - no processed foods at all. Just stick to whole foods only. Give me a follow and let me know how it goes.

Why aren't people being told NOT to eat restaurant food as well? This is a huge oversight by these nutritionists. Restaurants use & reuse seed oils, flavors, sugars, & some even sell processed food.

This man isn't lying. I started do this back in August and I'm down over 50 pounds. I have days where I fall off the wagon, but I get right back on the plan. I feel so much better!!

I did this from 2008-2012 and felt whole, well, and was smaller than I have ever been…well since I was a teenager. My life got busy, I got lazy, and I am determined to make this the year we go back.

September 2022 started a 30 day carnivore diet trial. By week three almost all of my (many) health problems were gone, with the others rapidly improving. I went another month and promised myself when all my symptoms were gone I would start experimenting with food reintroduction to find my allergies. And then I never bothered. 15 months of red meat and I've never felt better in my life. After a decade of wasting away from an autoimmune disorder and severe depression/brain fog, I was able to start running again. I started training consistently in August, I just ran my first ever half marathon in 1:45 and I'm running a marathon in the spring, a goal I once had as a teenager but had long since given up on ever achieving due to my failing health.

Never lose hope!! There is always something you can do to help yourself! I reversed an autoimmune disorder, severe mental health issues, diabetes, and more. You'll be amazed at the healing power of meat.

That's a Ketovore diet, The bridge that got me to the Carnivore diet. Life-changing and not a "fad" diet. It's the Proper Human Diet (PHD).

Started a whole food diet on June 1st, mainly carnivore with a little salad and sauerkrauet also some vodka with seltzer as my evening treat... down from 229 to 203 in 7 weeks...best way to eat out there!!!

I started this way of eating on June second after my doctor told me I need to lower my A1C! I weight 264 on June 2nd it June 30 and I'm down too 249 and feel great! Buy some new Drips tomorrow 😊😮

Yep this is what has been working for me ! I can’t do the strict diets . One day at a time trying to jus prioritize nutrition. No processed foods ! Except
For my yogurt. 2 good is 2 good !

I’m 2 weeks into this, eating a double amount of protein for my size. The first week I was quite ill, I found out that you can get withdrawals from ultra processed food, not that I ate that much anyway, peanuts or potato chips after dinner. I’ll stick with it, I’m enjoying eating a lot of beef and fish and grass fed butter, we’ve a good clean food supply here in Ireland 🇮🇪
