I think this basically is the way I learned to play it based on tabs I found many years ago, however you seem to play much more completely. The version I played mostly just focused on A, D, and G strings. I love how the g-string sort of just rings there as the chords ascend

Not only is your camera angel objectively the best angel for following guitar fingerings, but the fingerings you came up with make so much sense in contrast to how its played originally on piano. Letting those notes ring out like that with the first for notes instead of playing the scale linearly, for example.
