Hello. Will the DeWalt cordless max 20 volt fit inside this table

This was the Sears Craftsman table and router, with some upgrades.

Craftsman actually has 2 versions: the msg melamine (if I’m not mistaken) and the die cast aluminum. I have both but only used the commercial aluminum one. The other one (mdf) has two versions I believe: the table and the table router combo kit.

I also have the digital router. Unfortunately it stopped functioning. Turns on but gives a red light so it doesn’t spin . They’re pretty notorious for the electrical failure.

Mirror on the bottom will work, but it will show the display in reverse.

I bought the version1. I've only used it a few time. Most of the time i turn the router upside down and clamp it... Only worth it if you have a dedicated router for the table. Works good making long runs for frames.

This isn't a universal table. Only certain routers can be attached without modifying the mounting plate which Skil doesn't recommend. A Bosch 1617EVSPK Router will mount. The only modification is the plate and router table top have to have a different hole drilled in them to accommodate the top bit height adjustment.

I’m definitely gonna pick this up!!! Also have you guys heard what’s up with the other skil benchtop tools like the bandsaw and drill press? I’ve been interested in those too but they they say out of stock or not unavailable everywhere!!! Have you guys heard are those discontinued? New models coming out like how they did for this router table? Or just the stock is screwed up like everything else nowadays? Thank you!!!
