Best Router for the Router Table? Bosch 1617 #woodworking

Is this the best router for router tables? The Bosch 1617 paired with the Kreg Lift.

I too like the 1617 Bosch. When cutting raised panels, it seemed to be underpowered somewhat. And yes, I was taking small bites and smaller bites. I retired my Bosch to a handheld, and picked up a Milwaukee 3 1/2 hp router. Along with the Jessem Master Liftll it is a beast of a combination. I love them both! But I still love my Bosch🤓

I’ve got the same router in my custom table with an Incra lift & LS system.

It’s “ok”. I have owned the 1617 EVS since 1999. This model is getting long in the tooth and is not adequate for spinning large raised panel bits. Mine is always hand held. My router table uses a Milwaukee 3.5 MAX EVS..
