How easy it is to implement “Work from Home” not from the digital transformation point of view but economical and social point of view. The corporates are going to reverse employees spending when coming to office on chai, lunch, travelling, clothing, outing etc to name a few. Why they miss to see there is much more money being pumped into the economy with infrastructure building with large scale employment opportunities for construction and maintenance etc.. Above all we will run short of all the innovative ideas which naturally comes out during random talks! It’s a grave danger and complete capitalistic move if MNC decides to deploy work from home for saving office spaces cost. One should understand that Human beings were, are and will ever be, by nature, social animals - if one thinks this is untrue we would have long gone living like a Wall-E humans!!
