SpaceX Sets Oct 12 Starship Launch Date - FAA Rejects Approval AGAIN!

🚀 SpaceX is gearing up for Starship’s fifth flight test, despite ongoing FAA licensing delays. After a successful propellant load test, Ship 30 and Booster 12 have been de-stacked. The FAA is still reviewing safety concerns, but SpaceX is pushing back, gaining support from Congress members. Interestingly, a local notice hints at a potential launch window in mid-October, though the FAA license may not be ready until November.

SpaceX successfully launched its Crew-9 mission to the ISS, However, SpaceX grounded Falcon 9 launches after an anomaly. Meanwhile, China unveiled its first lunar spacesuit as part of its goal to land astronauts on the moon by 2030.

The FAA is proving they are unnecessary interjection into company primary design issues as if the FAA believes they can design better than SPACE X or BOEING as they have made their compliance time for both from 6 weeks to review to more than 4 years in the cases of Boeing 777 787 and variants.
FAA is unnecessary interference in company activities which DOES NOT ENSURE GREATER SAFETY but impedes progress and Viability of companies due to FAA interference. As a result, the FAA like the EPA and a Multitude of Dictatorial Federal Agencies should be eliminated and Rebuilt slowly and cautiously as American finances improve from 37 trillion in debt.

Bureaucracy should never hold back progress, especially when it's a matter of national security & survival of the human species vs wildlife considerations because of a sonic boom. You think China is holding their space program back because of wildlife concerns?

The FAA has already stated that the launch license for flight 4 profile is still in effect. If SpaceX launches flight 5 using the same profile as flight 4, then they could launch. This would provide additional launch data and confirm their ability to land the booster and starship as predicted. Changing the current request from flight 5 to flight 6 is a paperwork modification and not a 'safety of flight' issue. In the meantime, the FAA (who has stated that they will have the launch license reviewed by the end of November) could issue the new license and Space X could launch another flight by the end of the year.

the only thing i can think is they will follow the IFT-4 profile. so they can keep using the license they have. but who knows. i mean they launched Sn8 without a license didn't they. it wouldn't surprise me if they go for it

The mobile launch mount will allow SpaceX to catch boosters and Starships without the risk of destroying the mount if something goes wrong.
