I was so depressed I didn't want to lose so i started to sing church songs for a hour and read my Bible for a hour that's 2 hours a day I would spend time with GOD then 4 months later my depression went away i couldn't belive it I can actually say I don't have depression anymore. Jesus set me free I have to thank my hardest times for introducing me to christ not the good times I'm not saying all bad things are good of course not but we all need some struggle real Christians will all tell you I was at my darkest when I found christ.
