Wo genau ist jetzt das Problem? Warum soll sich denn jeder Lehrer eigene Aufgaben ausdenken? Dafür gibt es Verlage, die solche Aufgaben reihenweise zur Verfügung stellen. Auch alte Abitur-, oder wie es bei der der Fall zu sein scheint, Vergleichsarbeits-Aufgaben sind sehr beliebt, da sie eben genau auf die Anforderungen an den jeweiligen Jahrgang ausgelegt sind.

Context? This looks like a old Abitur-test (sth like SAT), the past ones are public and this is not a test (you are talking and using a PC)

You are studing forcthe ZAP9 the CENTRAL EXAM OF CLASS 9 it is the same for everyone in germany. It makes up lot of your grade. They know you can study with everybody else in germany. They do that on purpose.
The system isn't f'ed they literally WANT you to perform good because it will make german studemts seem smarter for all the Employers.
