Hi. I have the standard edition of the game, but when i try to purchase the PVE expansion to the game, there is a payment error. So my friend tried to purchase it as i gift for me, but he doesn't even get to link the gift to my account before the same thing happens... what to do?

Okay I get that £60 is better than £250, but as someone who has literally NO interest in PVP, I cannot justify buying a small portion of the game, for full price. If they made it standalone and made it cost £20 I'd have already bought it. But I can't justify spending money on something I'm not going to use.
