This is very basic info but vast majority of speed development coaces don't know this. Well done. Keep preaching the fundamentals.

Bodybuilding-style training is important, however, because having more muscle mass means that there is a higher strength potential, so a hypertrophy training phase before a strength training phase is likely even more beneficial. However, consistency is very important, so a small amount of the other phases’ type of training should be included in each phase except perhaps the taper. It should also be mentioned that, in a training session, the best known order of types of training is light foam-rolling, dynamic stretching, activation exercises (if applicable), power, strength, hypertrophy, and static stretching and heavy foam-rolling.

Could you make a video on how to balance all these or how to program around it? Or like a good split that does all in the most efficient way possible

Sprinting makes us faster not lifting, not jumping, not sleeping..

I only sprint, do pull-ups and pushups twice a week.. only one to two hours a week that’s all

Only work on fast twitch muscles

And I’m faster now than in my 20s.

Hello,
When training force, velocity, and reactive workouts should each week include all three or should you train force +85% for a few months only then start with more velocity training for a few months then progress to reactive for a few months? Thoughts??
