I used to play rugby pretty competitively but was only medium paced. I went through a couple of years of research into sprinting technique and ended up the fastest player on the entire squad. Your tips are spot on. Its amazing how little this kind of thing is taught to young athletes. Nice job.

I’m a 13 year old in the middle school level sprinter and this helped SO much, I’ll definitely have to try these things. Although I’m one of the fastest in my team, that didn’t always cut it, thank you for making this video, it’s very helpful, even for a young sprinter like me 😊

Thank you so much for this video! I myself am not a sprinter but rather a 800 and 1600 runner in high school. This information really helped me to understand some of the reasons as to why I am not improving and getting too tired in races. Definitely subbed and liked the video!

I can't tell you how stretching my hips improved my running so much better, it almost feels like you have more power once your hips are mobile
