Not only is this a disordered relationship with food, but there’s no way that kid can make friends if she is that neurotic about food and preaches about it.

That is absolutely horrible that poor girl 😞

That poor kid. Her socialising is gonna be so badly affected too. No one wants to be friends with a kid who judges them.

This is so disturbing. I hope this girl is ok

I am a crunchy mom and we eat mostly Whole Foods. I teach my children to eat good quality food that makes them feel good. I would never teach them to be afraid of any food. I personally want my kids to have a good relationship with food forever, not go off the deep end when I'm not around because they've never been able to have any of those treats that they see others having.

This is why the key parenting style is Chill the F Out (CTFO). My kids eat their veggies, and are learning to cook. As long as they have some favorites in a range of colors for fruits and veggies and like things from a range of other food groups I’m running with this.

I don't like when moms put their kids online, let alone make kids act like this. Creeps on internet exist. Are they not aware of that?

I feel so bad and afraid for this kid, my mother passed on to my sister and I a whole lot of food fear, that she'd inherited from her mother and sister, but even when her (now ex) boyfriend told her to not whisk plates off from under my nose she didn't listen.
She honestly thought she was sparing me from all the hurt and bullying that she endured, however last year anorexia very nearly killed me, and my mom and I had a really good talk months later about how she passed on her trauma and disordered habits thinking she was protecting me, and how she should've done it instead (she asked me what I wished she'd told me as a kid).
This here is giving "transmitting orthorexia to my kid because I think it's healthy and will keep her safe" when really it could end her life.

I don’t understand how these parents can put their kids on the internet like this. I mean I’m not talking about posting a pic of your new baby on your personal instagram so your friends and family can see them easily. I mean filming them, giving them scripts, getting into their personal business and putting it online to go viral. Even putting aside the amount of CREEPS online, you’re just coaching your kid to be your little money making puppet

It says on the label if the cows are treated with hormones, Walmart milk, Costco milk and, even Kroger milk says they don't treat their cows with hormones.

Scientists: “milk is perfectly fine and healthy”

Idiots: “milk is terrible for your body”😐

Mint can be used as a pesticide. Is mint so bad?

Oooof. Imagine the day this girl finds out apples have naturally occurring formaldehyde in them.

Can confirm. I was raised by a "crunchy mom", and now I have an eating disorder.

I was also raised by misinformed parents, hopefully she grows up to think more for herself 🥺

If you have the means to be eating all organic, non-gmo, heritage type foods, great! Our FDA lets too much slide. However, this is very extremist and might cause a lot of food fears and disordered eating for her kid down the line. Not to mention, there's a big delivery problem for how these healthy food stances are being shared. 😬

More importantly, kids aren't social media props. 🛑

But here you are judging her . She’s a wise child and I’m glad her mother is teaching her real facts . She’s going to go places . I applaud you. Be aware of the junk they are putting in your food . I can probably tell you that everyone who is judging her is probably still consuming seed oils, i bet you her mother doesn’t even let her consume that junk . You go girl .

this is why you have to be careful not to associate positive or negative with any foods- it’s food! some food fills you up more than others (protein) some food helps your tummy feel better (food w probiotics in it), some food makes your taste buds happy (dessert)! no such thing as good or bad food
