Ladies this ISNT NORMAL. You need head and shoulders anti dandruff once or twice week. Don't put any oils or products on scalp.
Do people know this type of dandruff is from EXCESS fungus YEAST ON THE SCALP.

I had the same thing I fixed it by learning root cause of this.

The yeast overgrowth comes from feeding them more oils to the scalp and too much sugar in diet. The excess yeast cause all the flakes.

That's why is important to keep scalp clean and DONT OIL SCALP . ALL oils do is feed the fungus on scalp causing overgrowth

We produce our own scalp oil no need to add more.
I followed that I haven't had dandruff in years.

I used to think dandruff was normal but it's a sign something out of control.


A scalp is like the SOIL OF A PLANT.
All a scalp need AIR, SUN AND WATER. It doesn't need all this other stuff we put on it.
