I tie my shoes only once when i wear them for the first time. Later, every time I just slip them on with laces already tied.

It's worth noting that the direction you do the underlying crossing (already done before start of this video) matters. If the shoe laces untie soon after tying, change the direction of the underlying crossing and do it again otherwise identically. Also note that it's important that your right hand twists counter-clockwise and left hand clockwise while you're grabbing the lace at 0:38.
