When I was giving birth to my second baby and was super relaxed because I had an epidural.... I saw the med student watching in shock and it seemed like his first time in a delivery room for sure. 😅

A message student delivered my placenta when I had my second child ! It was his first and he looked so proud ! I thanked him for all his help 🥰

I was about to start pushing when my doctor asked if med students could come watch! 😂. Since I was going all natural(no pain meds), I let them come. Not one, not two, but six students came in the room. Two in scrubs the rest in matching red shirts. 😂😂

You forgot to include the part where you’re on call and get paged for emergency C-section and by the time you’re scrubbed in the baby’s already out 😅

My first day in med school we had an orientation when we went through all the depts.. a senior showed us the door to the labour area and said ''this is the place of nightmares''. At the time i thought he was just joking..
i later found out how incredibly, truly, serious he was being.

Wanna be a medico but in india at first necessary to crack neet exam to got a good medical college. But this exam is too tough, some students got depressed, even I cry a lot because it hard to handle physics but yet after this difficulties there is something good who is waiting for us🧑‍⚕️

I remember my obgyn rotation at a maternity hospitality in my country. 24 hours straight every 4 days. (the other days were 10 hours a day). Averaging 20 deliveries per day/night and only sitting down while the anesthesiologist was giving the epidural.
