One can also request for smaller portions when ordering food and if that's not appropriate (for the country, culture, restaurant etc.), then one can keep excess portion for a future meal (i.e. Reducing portion without food wastage), taking note of proper food storage conditions.

Hey, Matt. I very much value the advice you give, both in general and for specific exercises. However, and this is primarily on YouTube, not you, I truly don't like the way Shorts work (or don't, actually), and I'd be one thumbs up if you chose to ditch this delivery method. Nearly all of the control and information features are stripped away compared with regular YouTube clips.
