I have been looking for a simple app or software
I want to remodel a small room into a computer/gaming space so I need to draw it and put in cabinets and furniture then move things around to see the best fit and layout before starting to avoid waste and extra cost.


I want to see things on the wall like TV's/Monitors etc. and I do not need big details for the cabinets, desk or countertops but I do need to be able to resize them (custom) as the rooms and spaces are not standard
I just want to see what works in the space on the monitor to avoid many changes later.
Cabinets are the biggest issue when I read about any software at the basic level, they always only have a drop in from a library without being able to resize them unless you want the pro bigger packages. That won't work for what I need to do.

Searching always gives too many choices when looking for something free up to reasonable one time cost these days.

Is there an app that allows you to rearrange your EXISTING furniture in your home so that you don't have to physically move them? In other words, you take a picture of your room with all YOUR furniture and then you can move them around in the app to see what it would look like. I research and cannot find any that allows you to do this.

Apps like magic plan are all honestly not really useable - the models are off by a lot because they rely on AR Kit and suffer from drift - same with all LiDAR scan apps

Planner 5D was the app I was using and it was the best for me, until the last update.
It became horrible!
I had to uninstall it. And now I'm here.
Will try some of these apps definitely.

I have Autocad Light 2012 and only use 20% of its functions 10y after. Autodesk products are too complicated and expensive now with their subscription, for professional draftsmen only.
