Nah man cmon, Franky's post-timeskip design is awesome once you get used to it. Really shows how he's progressed both power wise and knowledge wise. He is an engineer after all, it only makes sense that he'd literally upgrade himself. Permanently give him the pre-timeskip hair and everyone would be happy, no one would be complaining.
