Cook time: 20 minutes Makes: 25 ball

2 cups oatmeal
1 cup toasted sesame seeds
1 cup almond butter
¼ cup date syrup
1 cup melted chocolate (optional)

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well mixed.
Place the mixture in a bowl.
Rub a bit of neutral oil on your hands (I used coconut) to keep the mixture from sticking to your hands.
Take about a tbsp of the mixture and make balls until all the mixture is finished.
Dip in melted chocolate if desired.
