Gareth Southgate has left his position as England manager, but who's next!? Eddie Howe for England manager is the obvious one, but should England go for Jurgen Klopp or Thomas Tuchel?

Jurgen Klopp after Liverpool job ‘I don’t have the energy no longer’

Jurgen Klopp after taking the England job ‘I no longer have the will to live’

Sean Dyche, 4–4-2 with Danny Ings and Jamie Vardy up top. GET INNN. Bring back football, no tiki taka, no inverted positions. Just kick and run and smashing it from outside the box!!

Klopp is the pipe dream, but I've warmed to the idea of Eddie Howe. He is a manager who has demonstrated an ability to improve players and rotate them while keeping the peace, which is something Gareth couldn't do. He has the media friendly vibe that Gareth has as well, but also the skills of a managers needed to win stuff. I think at some point Rob Edwards and Kieran McKenna would be good England managers, but it's too soon for both (and they both just signed new club contracts).

If we have any ambition we have to go all out for klopp

Cannot work Rory out. One minute he was saying that Brian Clough should have got the job years ago, now saying Tuchel cannot manage England for the same reasons! (that he might fall out with people). The criteria should be that they have actually won major trophies! Is that too hard for the FA to fathom? Then again, Prince William is President, so we will probably end up with Gareth Southgate 2.0 (Howe, Carsley, Potter, Lampard). I doubt Klopp would take it, but it has been reported that Tuchel is interested. If that is the case, then I would go for him. He has won 10 major trophies as a manager and knows the English game. It's a no-brainer for me.

Klopp would be ideal but I don’t think he would want to

Big Fucking Ange. We need an attacking manager, has actually got a personality, and has won titles before. Legend.

Everyone waxing lyrical about Southgate is unreal right now.

He’s been gifted quality players and easy roads in multiple tournaments. Still fucked it.

As a Bournemouth fan, we absolutely love Eddie, and I would love him to be our country’s manager.

Klopp is the fantasy. Howe is the dream. Lee Carsley is probably the reality.

Come on man we need a discussion about this on The Club.

I think it will be Potter. He would continue the feel good vibes within the camp, already instilled by Southgate, but he also can bring a more favourable style of football. Cannot see Klopp, Tuchel or Pochettino taking it. Would personally love Howe but only if he brings Jason Tindall as number 2 😂

Get a Serial Winner. Let Klopp decide what role he wants e.g.
1 - Sole Boss
2 - senior boss with a deputy or
3 - co-boss (e.g. job-share with a Brit i.e. Potter, Carsley or the Ipswich boss, etc)

Klopp is beloved by 99% of 3 🦁 fans. So dont compare him to Sven or Fabio, both of whom did not talk like Klopp or win cups for UK clubs.

Three I haven't seen mentioned

Marcelo Bielsa - Has a clear philosophy, knows English football and has international experience

Ralf Rangnick - Forget the Man United stint, has done an amazing job with Austria, has them playing fantastic attacking football.

Roberto Mancini -A born winner, knows how to win international tournaments
