Okay my first attempt was a success!
However, it did mess up not stirring enough. You should have a fine mesh strainer and bowl just in case you make the same mistake I did. The milk will create a film on the bottom if you don't stir enough and it will burn. I realized my mistake half way and quickly stirred hard and scrapped off the film which was browning. I then quickly filtered the hot milk through a fine mesh strainer and returned the milk to the hot pan.

It took me 1 hour to evaporate the milk down. That was a lot of stirring, but the outcome was great. Everything went to plan after that.

I do recommend by cooling you should wait until its just warm. As it will still be pliable. If you let it get really cold it kinda gets like hard playdoe which is hard to roll.

Overall mine turned out great afterwards and its milky/creamy flavor is great.

Just wondering - would substituting almond milk for the carabao's milk turn out the same results?

Hi! What texture is it? Does it become sticky like it sticks to your gums or not at all? I’m using 3 ingredient recipes with powdered milk, condensed milk, and sugar and it ends up really sticky. Pls help, I wanna know if this recipe makes it not sticky
