Bookmarked this video. I needed someone to do this with. That's the problem with doing everything at home, but what a great video and it is honest-to-gosh challenging. THANKS FOR GREAT VIDEO. I will be replaying it every day. I just needed the company and to get into a rhythm. p.s. I played it without sound second time through and watched t.v.; it got me to my goal for the day.

Whew! Fantastic post-Thanksgiving reboot workout! I absolutely LOVED the tempo of this workout; not to mention the Christ-focused selections of Christmas music.
