Glad I caught this before I head out the door! Well done, buddy! So often you see the Mora knives tested on wood and other camp chores, but it's not that often I see someone show how they do cutting food. They are actually quite capable as hunting knives and for food prep as well. The Ganzo looks like a worthy competitor! Cheers, my friend!

I watched a news piece on those cactus bugs. There's a family in Mexico that harvests those for red dye. They are struggling to stay in business

The first time I picked prickly pear fruit, I didn't know about those little hairs on the fruit. I put them in my cargo pockets. Man, I never made that mistake again. 😅

So often it comes down to personal preference. And if the prices are comparable, I'd probably just stay with Morakniv.

the wider blade of the ganzo looks overall better than mora.. mora's width in ratio with its handle size looks like a filleting knife.

The Mora Sandi Grind blade makes sharpening easier on a Mora. The Ganzo is a copy of a Mora but Mora has more model selections and steels to choices. If had both to choose from I would pick the Mora every time.🔎🔪🔍👍
