Russian navy evacuates flagship. Ukraine claims it was hit by a missile

So let me get this straight: if russia invades Ukrainian territory and bombs cities from afar - its normal. When Ukraine shoots back and (presumably) hits the enemy ship - its an escalation.

The warship Moskva has not sunk it has simply been reclassified as a new type of one-way submarine and is on a special underwater mission

Ukraine isn't allowed to shoot at Russian targets inside Russia, but Russia can hit Ukrainian targets inside Ukraine?

If anything, sinking the Russian Fleet would de-escalate the situation on the Black Sea coastline. No more provocations by Russian warships after that. Basically a forced ceasefire, if you think of it.
