Modding-OpenMW.com Automatic Modlist Installation Guide

You'll need to download and install:

i-heart-vanilla
i-heart-vanilla-directors-cut
just-good-morrowind
one-day-morrowind-modernization
graphics-overhaul
expanded-vanilla
total-overhaul
starwind-modded

After you install and extract these things, and once you've chosen a mod list, Shift+Right-click the Tools Pack folder to open the context menu, select 'Open Powershell window here' and run the following command:

.\umo setup

After the umo setup is complete, restart Powershell and run the following commands, each in turn:

.\umo cache sync mod-list-name-here
.\umo install -n mod-list-name-here

If you run into any issues installing a mod list, you can try to restart Powershell and run the following command, which will restart the setup process:

.\umo reconfig

Once umo finishes downloading and extracting your mod list, run the following command:

.\momw-configurator config -v --run-navmeshtool --run-validator (-d if you're using OpenMW 0.49) mod-list-name-here

Is there an easy way of adding mods individually after installing a list? For example I've downloaded and went through the process to install expanded vanilla and I want to add a few more mods. Is that possible?

When I run the command .\umo.exe setup in powershell, it says "Don't run umo with admin rights!" and it does not work. How can I fix this?

My PowerShell closes itself after running the set up command... Do you know how to disable it from closing after the first script?

I'm at an impasse. When I run cache sync it finishes but then has "persisting db" right after. I do not know if that is an issue or not. The problem is when I run the install it will give me a spiel about the size info and then seemingly start to download archives just to move right on as if it failed. No error codes or anything. Just says 0% for a sec and then lets me enter text. I know storage isnt an issue because I have over 150gbs of space and it is one of the smaller modpacks (I heart vanilla - director's cut)

It's giving me an operational error: bad JSON path on the Skies .IV mod, stopping the download. Any idea how to get around that?

I need to start from zero except maybe deleting the mods umo already downloaded for me. So i can set all the file paths again. Do i need to delete a particular file from openMW or MOMW Tools to be able to do a clean install? i have a fresh morrowind install i would like to use, using a mounted iso install caused .esm files not to be found etc and a failed setup previously
