Hama and Koh definatly scared me the most as a kid. But the best villains to me are Azula and The Red Lotus.

Amon...I was legit as terrified as Korra was when she's hearing his voice in the radio sweating in fear. He can do anything. Control anyone and make them defenceless in a matter of seconds

It’s Amon for me. That character was soooo well written and we couldn’t understand how he was so powerful for most of that season. Dude was so scary I didn’t even want Korra to run into him. Zaheer was a bad man too. It takes a certain kind of character to deliberately want to face an Avatar in the Avatar State.

Azula honestly should've been top 5 minimum, she actually was terrifying to see lose it. Amon was just intimidating, the dark avatar was just kinda big monster oooo.

Ozai was a poorly written mess of a villain. Azula, on the other hand, was totally perfectly written. She should have been the main villain

How are the Red Lotus only 12? They're insanely OP, and Zaheer nearly killed Korra and gave her trauma. And how is Combustion Man above them? The Red Lotus has a better combustion bender. And why is Kuvira not on the list?
