I bought the 3 month individual membership a few days ago but I didn’t turn on auto renewal. However, in the email they sent me (confirming the transaction) it says that auto renewal has been activated. I double checked everything and there is no button to terminate it.
Why is the email telling me it has been activated when it hasn’t?

Ok so I bought a Nintendo online membership for a year so I could renew my online but then when I typed in the code and put it on I stupidly clicked turn off automatic renewal. So when I went to put in the code again, it’s says that it has already been typed. Does that mean I just deleted it and wasted money?

For me I can’t turn it off. The button doesn’t show and I only used a online thing once and that was a card but now it doesn’t pop up the turn off button. I’m trying to use my 12 month card but I can’t because of the renewal thing
