On Today's Episode:

As someone on the path of major self-growth, these conversations are key in stretching your mind, changing your beliefs, and begging you to question how you want to live your life and exist in a rapidly changing world.

Artificial intelligence has become more front and center in the past few weeks with A.I. art and AI generated images becoming virtually inescapable. What can you do to thrive during these massive changes?

Yuval Noah Harari is a historian and the bestselling author of the books that include Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind. His book for kids, Unstoppable Us, Volume 1: How Humans Took Over the World is a NY Times Best Book of 2022. Yuval is also a professor of History at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and the co-founder of the social impact company Sapienship. In this episode the conversation gets deep between the need for your mental flexibility, how much narrative is influencing the world we experience, and the best way you can embrace change.

“It is much worse psychologically to feel worthless than to feel exploited” -Yuval Noah Harari

QUOTES:

“We have to keep learning and keep changing throughout our lives otherwise we will be left behind.”

“Old jobs disappear, but new jobs emerge. The real difficult thing will be the transition.”

“Almost all people are liberal. Even the conservatives…”

“The ideological differences are small on the ground, but they are very big in people’s imagination. People have fantasies about what the other side is planning to do which are completely divorced from reality.”

“Fantasies often shape history and cause people to do terrible things.”

“Instead of leaders who are trying to heal the national community you see leaders that try to destroy it and get power by kind of leading just one tribe.”

“I think the big narrative is the biological narrative that we are all homo sapiens, that we all have the same basic experiences, [...] these are things that are common to all humans.”

“A sacred place is a place plus a story about the place, and this is at the bottom of most conflicts in the world.”

“On the level of the body, we can relate to every other human being in the world because biologically we are all the same. What creates this huge distance between us is the fantasies that the mind imagines and produces.”

Tom — huge fan of you but I simply can’t believe you are promoting this man and the evil that could destroy humanity. Promotion of him, the WEF, and his ideas deserve massive unsubscribing.
If I was you — I would do the right thing and take this interview down. You are better than this. We love you Tom!
Let’s all let 2023 be the year of awakening, personal freedom, inner peace, and love.

This man is a true monster.
He is like nothing seen since Nazi Germany.

He should be an inspiration to no one!

I'm concerned about how World Economic Forum and the people he rolls with are operating. A lot of people seem upset at this choice of interview can I suggest that you balance this up by interviewing Whitney Webb? Who wrote 2 very interesting books recently and also has an interesting perspective on UN 2030 development goals & international institutions & AI? This would balance things up a bit more know you interested in diverse perspectives because of the mental flexibility! Thanks tho I have seen some other good interview from you in past but had to turn this one off as soon as started!!!

Tom you always say you take pride in knowing your guest better than anyone. If you had done this you would not have done this interview. Study what he has said, study what the WEF is doing (and remember nobody voted for this people to make decisions on our behalf).

I’m saving and investing around 70 percent of my income in the financial market(high yield etfs, stocks etc) pretty much how I made my first million although with an FA. I have a high paying engineering job, and I live upstate NYC. my expenses are low. I have zero debt, low rent and car truck paid off. So i can just save. feel lucky at this point I'm actually grateful for my advisor James Fletcher Brennan handling my portfolio.

1:17:09 to 1:21:45 idk how many people in this comments section know and have finished Naruto, but everything that Tom talks about here is exactly what Pain talks about in Naruto. Coincidentally, Pain refers to himself as God that must deliver this experience to all in order to unite and maintain order and peace.

How on earth is the host letting this guy go on like this? No challenging questions at all?

This would be like having Albert Borla on and not acknowledging his crimes against humanity.

Mr. Harari is a very controversial figure and personally have a great distrust and its done a great exchange. Always better, instead of confronting and cornering a person, it is more informative to guide an open discorse for to understand who we are and how to move together possibly in a constructive direction. Well done. Thank you both.

Anyone with over 3 million subs has to follow the narative.
Tom has proven himself to be controlled opposition with this one. Like Russel Brand. Loving all the comments calling this shit out.

To my understanding this just proves how much we need an edge as investors because playing the market like everyone else just isn’t good enough. I've been quite unsure about investing in this current market and at the same time I feel it's the best time to get started on the market, what are your thoughts?
