Thanks for the info., I can attest to the fact that collagen does work, a few days ago my skin was in a terrible condition especially my lower arms and since I started to take collagen there's amazing improvement, I keep looking at my arms in disbelief!

I do take supplements that help me get better. Avoid process food, salty food, fast food, try to eat more dish that steam, bake or boil one coz that the nutrients maintain. Thank god I’m good after recovered my stroke in 2012. Yoga help a lot for stretching and breathing exercise beside jogging and walking. You are amazing and love to watch your you tube channels. 😎🤗👍

Thank you for this video. I noticed that the NMN that you carry does not have Trimethylglycine. I thought that they were suppose to be taken together. Is it not necessary?
