Got a little choked up reading your comments about your grandmother. My mom has been gone since 2001 and there are plenty of times I still forget she's gone when I want to ask her a question about something or other, usually cooking. Like your Grandma Barb, my mom was a fabulous cook. At any rate, I will definitely be trying this recipe. Looks delicious!

HY.. I just cooked your regular biscuits. ( simple), I did a great lol.. soo good & fluffy. But I buttered my cast iron skillet & as well used it instead of the baking sheet.

I am going to have so much fun trying your recipes. I looked up Chicken fried steak because being from Canada that's not a thing here at least not on the East coast. I'm going to try that first and then binge watch your videos. You can teach an old dog new tricks.
