Tech Tip Tuesday: Tiny Master Point?! What to do.

Have you ever tied an anchor and the masterpoint barely fits your own locking carabiner, let alone your belay device AND your partner's locker, too?

Well, an easy solution is to belay directly off your own locker, (yes, metal on metal is okay)! If the masterpoint is still too small to fit your partner's locker, then you can just put them into the shelf of the anchor.

Also note that I put the carabiner that belongs to the anchor sling in the masterpoint knot. This allows for: 1) ease in untying the knot 2) keeping the carabiner and sling together.
