HDMI output on DJI RC

This is a proof of concept video that shows that you can connect external HDMI display on your DJI RC using USB adapter that has DisplayLink chip.

Required skills:
- Know how to install software on an Android device
- Know how to unlock DJI RC for sideloading

Required software:

Required hardware:
- DJI RC
- USB to HDMI adapter with DisplayLink chip
- USB A to USB C adapter (only if DisplayLink adapter is USB A)
- DVI to HDMI adapter (only if DisplayLink adapter has DVI instead HDMI output)

Did you notice any impact of the DisplayLink driver installation on performance lost during a flight or during a flight with video transfer to a USB port? And question 2 - whats the resolution of transfered video?

Hello good day how are you ? I have the same DJI RC Control with a MIni 3 Pro, they bought me all the adapters, just like the video shows and it DOES NOT work for me. Can you help me please. I DO NOT Unlock the DJI RC Control. Simply plug in the adapters and cables as the video shows. Do I need to do something else? Thanks Regards

what about resolution: It's weird that you never explain which HDMI output Res you can achieve. Remember a Mavic3 is way higher than 720.

You mentioned the current firmware on the RC doesn't allow for sideloading. What firmware version of the RC remote would you need to accomplish this hack?
