It's not illegal to cross the lanes to drive straight on, you have to do it safely and not impede other road users.

However even though it's not technically illegal to not use your indicators it is down right disrespectable, folk are waiting to get on with their lives you come round so they wait but you turn off before getting to them without indicating really grinds me.

I'm an HGV driver and need the extra gap size, but folk not using indicators is getting worse, this is why HGVs eventually just start edging out to block so they can get out which is dangerous.

that's not how we use the roundabout here in canada. we use the outer lane ONLY when you are exiting on the next exit and not on the 2nd or 3rd. in this way, there will be a smooth use of the roundabout.

Right lane take first right exit. People who are already on the rotory who are taking the same exit will be cut off.

Not all Roundabouts are the same tho..I know one for example ..I need to take the 5. Exit but only after the 3.Exit I can go the right lane because 3.Exit is you can not drive straight its right exit thats why i need to drive in left lane can only switch lanes to right after the 3. Exit
