I'm 26 and had tried learning how to drive in the past, but was always too scared and panicky. Keeping straight in my lane was one of the main issues that caused me to give up learning. This video and the rest of your videos are easing my mind a bit more. I'm going back to driver's ed in a few days for the first time in 9 years, and instead of being scared, I'm actually excited for once.

I never really thought about it until you said to not grip the steering wheel. I think thats one of the reasons why I was having a hard time driving

Since my parents plan to get me a car at 15 but refuse to teach me 😑your videos have been my calming syrup especially after being in several car accidents as a kid which accordingly have made me very afraid to drive so having these videos and some practice with my sister has helped thank you for all you do!!♡

I couldn't get my son to read his driver's manual and he hates when I quiz him. These videos are PERFECT! I play them on my phone on his 20 minute drive to and from work.😆. He's watching and listening! Thank you!

I needed this rn thanks you so much! Just started practicing driving recently and I keep eating the lines instead of staying in my lane! And yes I do look at the lines at all times🤣😂 this channel is so helpful thanks a lot!

The trick is to know how big your car is. YOu can do this by going on an empty place and drawing on the floor using chalk you can buy at the dollar store. this way you can see how much space is really between your car and the area that you can't see. as well as how far you are from left and right sides.
basically sit in your car. and find a mark on the floor where you can't see anymore. then park the car. and go outside to see how many steps away your car really is from the spot you can't see anymore.
by practicing parking your car into a small drawing box on the floor, you can have a better feel for how good or how bad your car turns and fits into this space,

This had taught me a lot and it is true especially the illusion part. Had my first driving course and I was too focus on the line which made me zigzag often
