It’s a terrible law and a loss for workers! People need to be allowed time off! However a govt force unreasonably applied across the board for every worker is inherently inefficient and unfair! Huge burden on companies to administer, just raises the cost of employment, ultimately less are employed, and ultimately less pay to the employee!
