When you're doing a one foot 180 combo, you're gonna wanna make sure that your front foot is directly over the bolts and maybe a little bit towards the nose, so that way, you're able to gain a little leverage throughout the turn. Instead of a regular no comply, where your front foot is going on the ground, it's gonna be your back foot that hits the floor. I generally prefer to keep it to the right side of the board, so that way I have a lot of free range to turn and rotate the board. When you're gonna get through that turn, you're gonna wanna stick that back foot right where it started and you're gonna wanna pivot out on that last turn. So, when you're doing the 180 combo, remember, it's very important you have a little bit of leverage on your nose, but not too much because then you'll just end up popping forward and falling off your board.

Also, try and remember to give yourself enough space to let the board maneuver if you're trying to turn it to the left, as opposed to turning it to the right. You really don't wanna hit yourself in the legs 'cause it generally tends to be painful. Also, it's very important that you don't overspin this maneuver because you'll end up falling backwards, so what you wanna do is you wanna have a lot of control. Maybe start doing it just flat ground, not moving at all, and that'll be a lot easier for you to do this trick. And that's how you do a one foot 180 combo.
