I think important point is 'Use heavy stick enough to break human limbs '
If stick isn't heavy enough, that can be blocked by attackers forearm and you will get stabbed.

I think the concept of hitting the knife hand is an interesting approach, but the hand is such a small, rapidly moving target, I wouldn't want to bet my chances on hitting it on the first or even second attempt.

Obviously, if someone pulls out a knife for any reason, they're giving you permission to use anything short of another knife to instantly defend yourself. Once that thing comes out, your odds of talking them down is very slim as they're using a very lethal, close-in weapon to gain advantage. So I'd only see this being reliable on a first-strike policy rather than counterattack to an already attacking enemy.

Wouldn't the knife attacker would try to bum rush you and try to grab your hand with his support hand and repeatedly stab your stomach, aka typical street stabbing attack.

Could you make a video on how to defend against that with a stick and empty hand?

My opinion: the stick need some power for used in a combat but knife it's very easy to use in combat situation and self defense, very fast and dangerous and any one can use it .!!!but the stick is very effective in self defense but in combat I'm not sure
