Hello, when measuring time in a certain experiment and a stopwatch is used. Do we take into account the human reaction time when pressing the stop watch (+/- 0.5 s) and add to the stopwatch device uncertainty? Or do we just take +/- 0.5 as human reaction time uncertainty?
