My college CHEM teacher conveniently brushed past this in 1 sentence (nowhere enough info). This vid unscrambled my entire confusion of sig figs. THANK YOU Andy!

I think in the case of analog voltmeter, two measurements could refer to measurement for 0 of voltmeter being aligned which always needs to be done and then the final measurement of potential differencel rather than the left and right sides of voltmeter needle?

Hey! This is a great video, however if you could add "IB" to your video titles you will attract alot more traffic. Thank you and good luck!

Great! you can also see my lesson in topic. It may be a different approach. Update me about your opinions.

Very nice explanation of Uncertainty in measurement in Physics. May be you should add an example of how uncertainty is measured by instruments like Verniercallipers and Screwgauge.

Thank you Andy for your content. Andy I noticed the IB states that for reading uncertainties you use half of the smallest readable value. For example the scale with 0.1gr of precision would be 0.05gr. v.g. You measure 23.1 since we are uncertain how close from 23.2 it could be, we should register 23.1 +- 0.05gr, am I wrong?

Why are you saying that you took 2 measurements? That's where I'm lost
