As a Mexican, Reyna sounded like a an actual Mexican Mom that uses english after she says something in english. Also, she sounded like some HIP Mom at that too. A Mexican sister would never replied like the way Reyna did, only a Mexican Mom will, but a Mexican Mom would never reply specific things she said. They would just being say no, especially cuz it's first impressions.
