✨ High-Protein Oat Cottage Buns ✨

Ingredients
Option 1: Using Muffin Mix (Slightly Sweet)
1 ¼ cups (150g) Quaker Oatmeal Muffin Mix
¾ cup (200g) cottage cheese
2 eggs
Option 2: Using Oat Flour (Savory Version)
1 ¼ cups (120g) oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup (200g) cottage cheese
2 eggs
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2️⃣ Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
3️⃣ Divide into 2 portions and shape with a spoon on a baking sheet.
4️⃣ Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
