Imagine spending millions on AI, only to have it fail spectacularly. That’s exactly what happened to McDonald’s when their AI drive-thru chatbot misunderstood orders, sparking viral TikTok memes about 300 chicken nuggets or bacon on ice cream. AI is transforming businesses—but not always in the ways we expect...

In this episode, former Harvard professor, Thales Teixeira, spills the AI-driven secrets to ethically “stealing” customers right out from under massive Fortune 500 players. You’ll hear real-world examples, surprising tips, and a step-by-step approach you can start using immediately.

Cost, Time and Effort. What about risk? Or would risk be just considered as something that can affect cost, time and effort?

I agree with him in decoupling but not building the business this way … will fail unless many high level executives in it to spend…
not all do negative there is hope stilllol !
It’s like we just started playing Nintendo when it first came out and I had to spend many long hours and weeks to figure out how to to beat Tyson and to save Zelda I think couple of years till I understood how to to advance in those games. I like the quick data that ai can gather for you basically upon request but there is no value in ai unless the user or human knows what to ask or prompt then it becomes just like a computer back when it first came out. Siri has been listening and doing this ai stuff since the late 90s so it’s nothing new we all just got to play with more power and her more access but it’s been a thing for government and higher level since long time again it’s. When everything seems soooo easy this is not good because I know for certain attention to detail and analysis is the utmost important and when everyone thinks it’s all so easy something else is going on to keep us busy and happy like this and it’s to keep us busy…

When I saw children playing they always were talking about being a wizards - and only J. K. Rowling finally created Harry Poter empire. As for adults, it seems they always were dreaming about iron chair and flame throwing dragons - they have it now

H, great video. I'm in this new group. Sales rep for years and have left work to go out on my own. No code experience, I've used chatgpt since day 1 and have learnt a lot. I'm now working on no code building apps to solve problems I had in my industry. Your approach and implementation is spot on. We usually learn the hard way.
What a great future.
Cheers
