Just received my 921 today and did the water test on our electric glass top stove. Flawless. Going to buy a few whole turkeys this weekend.

I have the AA921 and the smaller AA910. I can get 19 pints with the small mouth, but only 16 with the wide mouth in the AA921. The smaller canner gets used more (in my house) than the larger one. I like to cook extra food, then can some pints for meals ready to eat. It's just easier to handle and clean the smaller canner. I also use it as a pressure cooker and size is great for that use. Thumbs up
