Just an FYI, GOAT is the same exact way. I received a sneaker with water damages (including the box). No refund, I had to settle for credit. They exploit you any way they can by using loopholes in their terms & conditions. There’s no integrity or customer loyalty. SADLY, we’re ALL part of the problem, we ALL condone this if we keep buying from them.

I'd dispute the charge through whatever payment method you used. With certain marketplaces can be a bit tricky but this should be a slam dunk for them to reverse the charge with you being sent clearly defective item(s).

I got a pair of Fear 4s last week and the shies were USED. Somebody actually wore the shoes. There were friggn creases in the toe boxes, scuffs in the nubuck.

I was able to return them for a full refund, but it was the hassle of having to deal with it all AND the turnaround time. It took me 3 weeks to get something i could have gotten from footlocker in a day

I had the same exact experience. Took about a month to get the shoes, and when I finally got them they were damaged. I vowed to never use StockX ever again.
