They usually cancel orders if the shoes go up in price. Happens to me a lot. When a shoe hits a low for no reason and the sale goes through and then show climbs up in 24 hrs and then a few days later, cancelled without even shipping claiming didn’t pass authentication.

So they didn’t actually lose $5mil? They cancelled all the orders with the code, and those orders probably wouldn’t have been placed without that leaked discount code so it’s not like they lost any potential business.

I saw on a FB shoe group that ppl were claiming stockx was cancelling the orders that had the coupon codes then going back and actually processing the order minus the code (at full price) without the buyers consent. Not sure how true it is but that's the word.

This was a Stock X ploy to increase their online traffic.. They lose a lil in the short end but made a lot of new customers with this. There never was no accidental leak of the code. Stay smart consumers.
