I saw Nickelback last summer and got the opportunity to meet them. They are the nicest guys. I asked Chad for a hug and he obliged. I got a pic with them to commemorate the meeting. The concert was sold out. If they are so hated then how the hell do they still sell out arenas?? Personally I think people claim to hate them while secretly listening to them in their cars LOL.

Always hear the complaint "They sound the same every time". Well of course, that's their sound? You don't hear Shania Twain all of a sudden sounding like Marilyn Manson.
Not all their songs are spectacular but they still have gems like "lullaby" in their newer albums. You could point at any artist in the world and go "WOW they sound exactly like themselves.. They must suck!"

I went to see them in concert and they had like almost every sit filled. This is so stupid, he hasn’t left or anything. Some people just don’t like his music anymore, but there are still a lot of people who do. So you can’t say they don’t do well. They might have gone down hill a bit, but they still do good for how long they’ve been around. And I love their music. I grew up with it and still listen to new music
